Rates

The following is an outline of our rates for our core services, Online Support service and Interim Management Service.
Online Support Service

For Owner Managed businesses and Small and Medium enterprises: The following provided for our indicative pricing for use of the Online VAT Support service. Our fee structure is based on the requirements of the business and its estimation of needs in terms of support required by a VAT specialist in dealing with the day to day and routine VAT queries encountered. This is determined on an estimation of hours which would be pro ratared over the twelve month period. Prior to entering into the Online Support service on a retainer basis we would recommend that a trial period be taken which can be used to assess the level of input required.

The service is provided on a subscription basis of a minimum period of a year. For longer subscription periods, we can offer discounts to reflect the committment to use of the service.

All fees for this service are collected on a monthly basis by either direct debit or standing order arrangements.

For Legal Practices and Accountants: As the service will be provided to firms to assist them in servicing their clients our preference is to determine rates based on the expected use by the firm over a given period incorporating the perceived value the service should add to their overall service to their clients.
