Rates
The following is an outline of our rates for our core services, Online Support service and Interim Management Service.
Online Support Service
For Owner Managed businesses and Small and Medium enterprises: The following provided for our indicative pricing for use of the Online VAT Support service. Our fee structure is based on the turnover of the business utilising the services though we stress that we are flexible in terms of approach, use and delivery.
In the majority of circumstances the base rate structure should meet the needs of the businesses concerned though were a business has more complex requirements and/or clear anticipation of usage then a bespoke service can be agreed with the appropriate pricing structure. In line with our preference for transparency on fees, all arrangements will be agreed prior to the engagement commencing.
Turnover of < €500,000 for a fee of: €375 per month
Turnover of < €1,000,000 for a fee of: €750 per month
Turnover of > €1,000,000 for a fee of: €1150 per month
All fees are exclusive of VAT
The service is provided on a subscription basis of a minimum period of a year. For longer subscription periods, we can offer discounts on the above rates depending on the extended term required. For periods of less than twelve months the service will be assessed on an individual basis and monthly rates adjusted accordingly.
All fees for this service are collected on a monthly basis by either direct debit or standing order arrangements.
For Legal Practices and Accountants: As the service will be provided to firms to assist them in servicing their clients our preference is to determine rates based on the expected use by the firm over a given period incorporating the perceived value the service should add to their overall service to their clients.
By way of guidance the following scales can be referred to:
Small practice (1-3 Partner) €750 per month (exclusive of VAT)
Small practice (3 Partner plus) €1000 per month (exclusive of VAT)
Medium practice (3 Partner plus) €1450 per month (exclusive of VAT)
These rates are not set in stone and are open to negotiation to meet the level of service required.

Interim Management Support Service
Our rates are dependent on the type of project to be undertaken and the level of input required in conjunction with the level of utilisation of our service.
Where a long term project is envisaged then our rates will be reduced to the lower rate provided below. These rates are for guidance purposes and we are happy to discuss your needs and agree fees based on your requirements.
Day rate for projects of less than two months and under 21 days €1,000 per day
Day rate for projects of more than two months and over 21 days €750 per day
Fees are payable monthly on production of agreed timesheet confirming days worked.
